Meeting in Barcelona

As part of the ECHOP project (Erasmus+), we went to Barcelona to discover new food aid experiences.
These include the social economy enterprise @Im-Perfect, which recovers “imperfect” fruit and vegetables for reworking and sale, transforming them into natural, healthy products, and the solidarity grocery store La Botiga.
We also spoke to European food aid experts about the future of supply and the prospects for the future.
