La Seguridad Social para la Alimentación (SSA) es un tema relativamente nuevo. La idea surgió
\nen Francia en 2017, en el seno de la ONG francesa Ingénieurs Sans Frontières (ISF)¹.
\nEn 2019, la ONG creó el colectivo «Pour une sécurité sociale de l “alimentation”.
\nDesde 2020, la idea ha ido ganando terreno. Se difunde en Francia, y luego en Bélgica, gracias a
\nalgunos artículos, algunos actos, pero sobre todo gracias a una conferencia gesticulada
\ntitulada “De la fourche à la fourchette… Non! L” inverse!» ² de Mathieu Dalmais
\n(agrónomo francés y militante de ISF).
\nPoco a poco, las asociaciones y grupos de ciudadanos se van reuniendo para
\nreflexionar sobre el ASS, dar a conocer la idea y luego probarla a pequeña escala. En
\nBélgica, el Collectif de réflexion et d «action sur une Sécurité Sociale de l» Alimentation
\n(CréaSSA), que reúne a unos sesenta actores de los sectores asociativo, público y
\nprivado preocupados por las cuestiones alimentarias, sociales y ecológicas, lleva trabajando en la cuestión
\ndesde 2021.
\nActualmente, hay proyectos piloto en marcha en Francia. También existen algunos
\nen Bélgica, y se están preparando nuevas experiencias locales. <\/p>\n
