As part of the ECHOP<\/a> project (Erasmus+), we went to Barcelona to discover new food aid experiences.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
These include the social economy enterprise @Im-Perfect<\/a>, which recovers “imperfect” fruit and vegetables for reworking and sale, transforming them into natural, healthy products, and the solidarity grocery store La Botiga.<\/div>\n
We also spoke to European food aid experts about the future of supply and the prospects for the future.<\/div>\n
